Sunil Vishwakarma had been building digital products for years — working across IT consulting, web technologies, and data-driven systems. The data existed — it just wasn't structured. He started prototyping a solution.
Saurabh Mishra — Growth Strategist, Business Consultant, and FICCI Industry Partner — had spent years helping Indian startups, real estate developers, food processors, and healthcare providers grow. He watched his clients get misrepresented, ignored, or replaced by unofficial sources in AI search results. When Sunil showed him the technical solution, Saurabh immediately understood the scale of the opportunity across India.
With Saurabh validating the market need, Sunil led the technical development of what would become Seagull AI's flagship product: the JSON Knowledge Engine — a proprietary system that converts unstructured business content (websites, PDFs, brochures) into machine-readable Schema Markup and JSON-LD Knowledge Graphs in real time. The engine was architected to serve 11 industry verticals simultaneously with automated ontology mapping.
On 15 May 2026, Sunil Vishwakarma and Saurabh Mishra formally incorporated Seagull Venture AI LLP in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh — trading publicly as Seagull AI. The platform launched covering Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Media, Travel, Finance, Personal Care, Equipment, Governance, IT/AI, and more. India's first dedicated AEO infrastructure company was live.
From its Bhopal headquarters, Seagull AI now operates an AEO platform that syndicates verified business data across 50+ high-authority channels simultaneously. The tool is live, working, and already changing how Indian businesses are discovered — not on the ten blue links, but inside the AI-generated answers that a billion Indian users are increasingly trusting for every decision.

Sunil is the technical mind who initiated Seagull AI. A full-stack product builder, IT
consultant, and digital systems architect, he spent years watching Indian businesses struggle
with a problem most people couldn't even articulate: their data existed — it just wasn't
readable by AI.
He didn't wait for someone else to solve it. Sunil began prototyping the JSON Knowledge
Engine — Seagull AI's proprietary core — before the company even had a name. The

Before co-founding Seagull AI, Sunil built Webangel Technologies, where he developed a guiding

Saurabh is the growth strategist who saw the market reality that Sunil's technology was built
for. A business consultant with years of experience scaling Indian startups, food processors,
real estate firms, and healthcare providers, he had watched his clients get misrepresented in AI

When Sunil showed him the solution, Saurabh immediately understood its scale. Together, on
15 May 2026, they formally incorporated Seagull Venture AI LLP
in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh — and launched it to the world as Seagull AI.
Educated at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Saurabh has since positioned Seagull AI as
a FICCI Industry Partner and represented the company at the MP Startup Summit 2026 — putting
Bhopal's AI startup ecosystem on the national map.
